About Anita
Sometimes You Just Have to Create Your Own Path
Getting up in the morning before the crack of dawn and working tirelessly until the sun went down. No one ever said life on a ranch was easy. But Anita Noble will tell you her experience in ranching has gone a long way in shaping her unique perspective on life and her driven work ethic. “You can’t sit back and wait for things to happen,” she says. “You have to go out and get the job done—and done right—no matter what. I’ve always believed with enough focus, hard work and commitment, you can go anywhere you want to go in life.”
A Driven Approach
Anita has always been a self-motivated individual. Her time spent working on her grandparents’ cattle ranch as a kid certainly taught her a lot about the value a hard day’s work and the importance of setting and achieving goals. As a result, she has always been the type to blaze her own path and follow her own vision. It’s what drove her at the age of nine to save up $50 from collecting cans and babysitting in order to buy her first horse. Anita worked her way through college at Cal Poly-San Luis Obispo, earning a degree in dairy sciences. For 12 years, she owned and operated CrossRanch, which included a 3000-acre cattle ranch, two retail stores, and even branched into a successful BBQ catering business. During this time, Anita also helped revive the highly popular local rodeo in the town of Pescadero, hosting the event on their ranch for nine great years.
A Sense of Pride
As successful and impressive as her business background is, Anita herself will tell you that there’s no accomplishment she’s more proud of than the wonderful family she has raised. With her husband, Stewart, and five children, Kerrie, Rene, Jessica, Jake and Casey, they have created a special life here in the scenic Truckee/North Tahoe area over the past decade. From snow skiing in the winter to waterskiing in the summer, four-wheelers to four-leggers (Anita owns, and always will own, several horses), school athletic events to quiet days at home, they enjoy making the most of life together in this incredible mountain setting.
Anita’s driven philosophy is key to her long-running success as a real estate professional. Working with people throughout Truckee and North Tahoe, she helps guide her clients to their real estate dreams and goals. “I see myself as a consultant,” Anita says. “I understand how important my clients’ goals are, whether they’re buying or selling a primary residence, vacation property or investment property, which is why I give my all to guide them successfully down their path to success.”
