TRUCKEE, CA, June 9, 2005- Keller Williams (TRH) announces Matt Hanson as a certified Broker Associate and RealtorŪ. Hanson obtained his Broker's license after serving as a RealtorŪ in Tahoe/Truckee for nine years. He has worked as a top producing agent and sales manager at TRH since 2002. Hanson has lived in the area for over 20 years and serves on the board and architectural committee of Tahoe Donner's Homeowner's Association.
Applicants for the Broker's license must pass a number of requirements before taking the written exam. Candidates are required to have a minimum of two years full-time licensed salesperson experience within the last five years and to have successfully completed eight three-credit college-level courses. The course subjects include Real Estate Practice, Legal Aspects of Real Estate, Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Appraisal, and Real Estate Economics or Accounting. Once the requirements are met, the applicant then must pass the written exam in order to receive his/her Broker's license.

Keller Williams Gains Influence in Tahoe Donner Market

TRUCKEE, CA, April 2005- First quarter analysis of Keller Williams ’ (TRH’s) presence in Tahoe Donner
shows the company is gaining influence of the market.
The total number of single-family homes listed in
Tahoe Donner by TRH doubled between 2004 and 2005.
TRH
secured 22 percent of all listings among single-family
homes priced between $800,000 and $900,000. The
average sales price of a single-family home listed
by a TRH agent sold at 106 percent of the asking
price.

Keller Williams ’ Anita Racicot Marries and
Becomes Mrs. Noble |
|
TRUCKEE, CA, April 2005 - Anita Racicot, owner/broker of Keller Williams (TRH), was married on April 2nd to
Truckee native Stewart Noble in a beachfront evening
wedding in Rancho Leonero, Baja California Sur. Anita
Noble, as she is now called, will reside with Stewart
and her children near Reno, NV. Anita
met her husband timing downhill ski races at Squaw
Valley, where Stewart worked as head of the grooming
department for 15 years.
Thirty-eight guests attended the intimate ceremony, which was performed in Spanish. Among
the attendees were Anita’s five children, her mother, and her grandmother. Afterwards, the guests attended a reception
and were entertained by the music of a local mariachi band. Anita wore a white hand-sewn appliqué dress
from Jordan’s, a retail store located in downtown Truckee.

Keller Williams Raises $125 an Hour For Tahoe
Nordic Search and Rescue

TRUCKEE,
CA, March 2005 - Keller Williams (TRH), a local
real estate firm on the rise, raised $125 an hour
for non-profit organization Tahoe Nordic Search and
Rescue last Saturday at Tahoe City’s
annual Snow Festival.
To achieve their mission, TRH created a raffle
for prizes, which included two $100 gift certificates
to Plumas Bank, a dinner for two at Sunnyside restaurant,
five hours of house cleaning from Above Par Mountain
Home Services, and two demo packages to Alpine Meadows.
TRH additionally hosted activities for children,
including a full-size bounce house and snow cones,
all free of charge.
